Wedding & Event FAQs

Here are some questions we commonly receive, however we would be delighted to personally respond if you have a specific inquiry. Please submit an inquiry form if you would like us to reach out to you with more information.

  • We are so excited you are ready to book! In order to book, we will need a signed contract and a 30% deposit for your rental.

    • Everyone is required to use the in-house bar service and book security through The Reserve.

    • All catering selections will be provided by Marty B's - special dietary or cultural needs please inquire with Catering Manager.

    • An experienced wedding planner is required by client and must be approved by The Reserve. We will provide a list of experienced wedding planners to help you plan your special day!

    • All outside vendors must have Certificate of Insurance and proof of business - example: LLC

    • Vinyl services, fireworks/cold sparks, and staging are limited to exclusive vendors. Please see preferred vendor list for more details.

  • The Reserve is proud to present Marty B’s Place as their exclusive caterer! Marty B’s is known for their top notch food, amazing hospitality and exceptional service. The Reserve Catering Manager will work hand in hand with the Marty B’s kitchen and will ensure your menu is perfectly curated.

  • Yes! You can add additional hours for $1,000 per hour; event not to exceed past midnight

    All vendors must be off property by 1 am

  • You and your guests will have the entire venue to yourself on your wedding day.

  • There is dedicated parking at The Reserve, located behind the venue. Valet parking is available upon request, for an additional cost.
